A.Frame works-the frame works of size8x4' & 2'x2'will be done Using 100mm x 50mm & 50mm x 50mmsouare ms sections. The legs of Height 3will be made using 100 mm x 100mm ms sections .Floor Underlayment- 18mm thick fiber cement boards of 8 x 4'will be fitted Onthe individualframe work using self drilling screws with anti skid Tiles on board.

B. Wall partitions-supplying and fixing of wall partitionsframes Done using 40mm x 4ommms sections fitted with 1omm thick fiber Cement boards of both sides.Pu stone selfadhesive material for Outer sidewalls. C.Front glass partitions-the front partition frames will be made Using 50mm x 50mm ms sections and 25mm x 25mm sectionsand the Partition area will be covered with 8mm thicktoughened glasses.

D.Doors & windows- 50mm x 40 mm ms tubes frames with 8mm Toughened glass doors and windows will be fitted on 75mm x 40mm Ms sections frame

E.Toiletwall partitions- partitions- 50mm thick toilet wall Partitionspartitionswill be done using 10mm thick cement fiber Board covered on the frame work on both sides.Tiles and uv poly Marble sheet will lay on insidewalls.

F. Flooring- 2x2 tiles flooring will be laid for the floor area for Cottage.

G.Electricals- supplying andfixing of all electrical wirings, Switches and sockets,lights,fan and ac points with separate Distributionpanel with lights, fans,ac unitsand geysers

H. Plumbing supplying and fixing of ewc, nall mixer,shower and Washbasin withthe required taps will be proved with the drain lines.

1. Staircase-supplying and fixing of spiralstaircase using 40mm x 40mmms sections with the handrails done using 20mmx20mm ms Sections.With wooden platform.

J. Ceiling- wpc louvers standard materials.

K. Railings- 40mm pipes

L.Roofing-stone coated roofing sheet, hdpe plasticlayer for Leakage proof,roockwoolfor insulation.

M.Painting-1st coat black epoxy primer,2 nd coat black epoxy Industrial grade and final black enamel paint.
